The Association of Small Church Pastors (ASCP) exists to serve pastors of small church (defined as less than 150 in attendance) and bi-vocational pastors. Using the REACH model, we desire to:

- Share RESOURCES;
- Offer ENCOURAGEMENT;
- Network through ASSOCIATION;
- Build an online COMMUNITY; and
- Promote Church HEALTH.

We believe that those serving small churches are best equipped to help others who do the same. While any and all Bible-preaching pastors are invited to join our association, all elements of the REACH model are geared toward small-church pastors and bi-vocational pastors.

ASCP Director

The director of the Association of Small Church Pastors, Gregory Tyree, D.Min., Ph.D., has served four congregations in three states, including his current church, GracePointe Baptist Church, which he founded in 2005. As a long-term bi-vocational pastor, Greg intimately understands the needs of small church and bi-vocational pastors. His many books and resources are geared to help busy pastors and lay-leaders serve the Church of Christ. Greg is also the Dean of the Leadership Enrichment Academy for Pastors (LEAP).
