Certified Professional Coach
Life is an exciting journey, filled with opportunities, challenges, and rewards. Success-minded people understand that those rewards are based on our inputs, behaviors, and attitudes. We take responsibility for our lives and ownership of our actions. When we fail, we get up. We learn from our mistakes and move on. Success-minded people don’t see themselves as victims but as victors, and they know that engaging in healthy partnerships is much better than going it alone.

I am certified in three specialties of coaching (Professionl, Relationship, and Business) by the World Coacing Institute, and have completed training with the Coach Training Alliance. I would love to partner with you on your life’s journey. I want to add value to your life and help you find your True North. I invite you to give me a call or send me an email to see if we are the right “fit.” In the meantime, I hope you enjoy all of life’s rewards.

Certified Professional Coach Greg, CPC, CBC, CRC

1. Individual Ongoing Coaching

I can work with you to design a custom-made coaching program that not only fits you, but fits your budget. Using a retainer-based fee system, I will work out a payment plan and schedule, typically based on weekly or bi-weekly sessions for an agreed-upon time frame.
2. Individual Coaching as Needed

If you prefer to be coached on an as-needed basis, I can discuss a rate that is appropriate, and explain the commitments and expectations involved between you and him.
3. Individual Monthly Coaching

If you feel that weekly or bi-weekly sessions are too frequent, I will work with you on a month-to month basis.
4. Group Coaching Sessions

I conduct group sessions about relevant topics.
5. Resources Only Program

You can order recourses directly from me on the website. I encourage you to call me for a free phone session to explain how best to use the recourses you choose. Keep in mind that all electronic copies (usually PDFs) of my work are available to clients at a substantially reduced rate, or in some cases, FREE!

1. Contact Me at NorthPoint Life-Coaching

Call or text me, or email me about your interest in life-coaching. I can give you the details and answer your questions.
2. Enjoy a Complementary Sample Session
I will arrange to have a free session with you in person or by phone (depending on your location), so you can get a feel for what working with me will be like. This session's topic and take-away will be determined by you.
3. Review the Welcome Packet
You will receive a welcome packet including information about types of sessions available, schedules, and fees. This will help you determine what your coaching plan will look like, and get you started on your journey.
4. Begin a New Partnership
Any journey requires that first step. If you feel that a partnership with me will be a positive step for you, why not begin now?

As you consider engaging the services of a Professional Certified Coach, allow me to share why I may be the right person for this vital relationship. I call this my E5.
1. Experience

I have extensive experience in both the professional and personal arenas. For the past 25 years, I have worked in managerial, leadership, and executive roles in several fields, and have been a consultant since 1998. I have coached many individuals and groups to attain greater success, and have specialized in relationship-building, life-focusing, and conflict management for twenty years.
2. Education

I hold degrees specializing in organizational leadership, but my real education has been in the school of life. I also have extensive professional training in life coaching, business, counseling, time-management, strategic planning, and leadership, including non-profit management.
3. Effectiveness

I have led several organizations through turn-around, and improved the vision, mission, and focus of those organizations. I bring this same culture of effectiveness into my coaching relationships.
4. Empathy

I empathize with not only your successes and victories, but with your challenges, setbacks, and disappointments. I truly care about people, and believe with all my heart that “relationships are everything.” If I am your life coach, I will maintain a professional, authentic, and transparent relationship that will help you get to the next level.
5. Excellence

Excellence is the only standard by which I live and work. I want to do the right things, but I want to do the right things right! I believe that you do, too. As your life coach, I will help you bring excellence to your professional and personal life.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a professional relationship that allows the client to move forward in reaching greater clarity, balance, and visions. These results from reaching deep inside the client, helping them find the answers that lie within. A coach does not tell the client what to do; it is a process bringing clarity, awareness, motivation, and confidence in moving forward. Coaching helps you re-discover how much you already know about life, business, marriage, parenting, etc. You learn much more in the process of discovering answers yourself than by hearing them from another.

The focus of coaching is to take a hard look at what a fulfilling life, marriage, career, and family really look like, and then identifying specific plans, action steps, and ways of thinking that will move you toward achieving your desired goals. Coaching is focused both on what kind of person you want to be and the action required; it is not focused specifically on healing past hurts. That's what counseling is for. And yet, an outcome of coaching can be that healing takes place. It looks at the future, not the past. What matters is how you want your life to be. Coaching unlocks your potential to maximize relationships and increase effectiveness.

Definition of Coaching:

“Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. ICF member coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.”
